Hey beautiful human, I’m so glad you’re here.
If you're a therapist trying to figure out how to make your practice sustainable—not just on paper, but in your actual life—you’re in the right place.
I’ve been a therapist for over 20 years. I started in community mental health and eventually built a diverse, premium-fee private practice where clients pay anywhere from $70 to $350. My practice is values-driven, flexible, and deeply human—and it’s taken time, intention, and lots of trial and error to get here.
Now I help other therapists do the same—especially those who are ready to stop forcing themselves into someone else’s version of success and start building something that works for them.
What This Is
This is business coaching with a mentoring feel.
It’s part strategy, part heart, part “let’s sit down and figure this out together.”
You don’t need a perfect plan. You need someone who understands what it’s like to build a business while also living a real life—with real limitations (lots of them), real responsibilities, and a nervous system that needs care.
We’ll talk through the business side of things—fees, structure, boundaries, next steps—but we’ll also make space for the emotions underneath: fear, grief, overgiving, imposter syndrome, and “is this even worth it?” moments.

Who I Work With
I work with thoughtful, experienced, often overwhelmed therapists who want to practice in a way that feels more aligned, more sustainable, and more like themselves.
You might be…
-
Craving fewer sessions and more space to breathe
-
Feeling overextended and underpaid
-
Ready to try intensives or premium offers but don’t know how
-
Questioning if private practice can really work for your life
-
Done pretending you can do it all
-
Living with caregiving, health issues, neurodivergence, or just plain fatigue—and trying to figure out how to make your work fit
A Bit About Me
I’m a licensed LMHC in Massachusetts and Connecticut, and I hold telehealth licenses in Vermont and Florida. I’m trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and expect to have my full certification in the next few months. I’ve been a therapist for over 20 years, starting in community mental health and eventually building a premium-fee private practice focused on couples—particularly those navigating high conflict, infidelity, discernment counseling, and sexually compulsive behaviors.I’m also a trauma-informed mom to both adopted and biological kids—including kids with disabilities and a whole lot of neurospice. I know what it’s like to carry a full load and still show up with your whole heart.I’ve shaped my business around my real, messy, beautiful life.I’m also a Welsh Corgi mama, a vegetable gardener, a proud pudding enthusiast, and a lover of long naps. (Truly—napping is part of my business plan.)You can bring all of who you are here, too. No polishing required.

What You’ll Get:
Quick Note:
This is not therapy.
While we may talk about emotional blocks or tender spots around your business, this is not clinical treatment. It’s coaching and mentoring—focused on your practice, not your past. If we hit therapy territory, I’ll name it gently and with care.
FAQs
Do I need to have a niche figured out? Nope. If you're feeling unclear or scattered, that’s actually a great time to come. We can explore what’s emerging, what feels aligned, and what isn’t working anymore.
Will we talk about money and marketing? Yes—but in a way that’s values-based, shame-free, and grounded in your real life. We can look at fees, structure, messaging, offers, referral patterns, and the emotions that come up around all of it.
Can we talk about things like burnout, parenting, illness, or caregiving too? Yes. You are a whole person. We can talk about how life circumstances affect your business and how to make your practice more spacious and sustainable. I'm down for it all.
What’s the difference between coaching and mentoring? Coaching is usually more structured, focused on helping you move toward specific goals with accountability and strategy. Mentoring is a bit more relational—it’s about walking alongside someone who’s been where you are, sharing lived experience, perspective, and support. I offer both. Sometimes we’ll map out your Psychology Today profile or fee structure. Other times, we’ll talk about the emotional weight of running a practice while parenting kids with complex needs or navigating burnout. You’ll get strategy and story, guidance and groundedness. You don’t have to choose one or the other.
What does it cost? I offer a few options, including one-time strategy sessions and ongoing mentoring. There’s no pressure—just what feels right for you. Whatever you decide, I charge $350 for an hour of coaching and mentoring.
What if I feel embarrassed about where I am in my practice? There is no shade here. I started my private practice wondering if I could even charge $100 for a session—who would pay that? I get how vulnerable this can feel. Most people come to me carrying some shame or self-doubt—like they “should be further along” or “should have figured this out by now.” You’re not behind. You’re just at a turning point. We’ll meet that place with compassion, humor, and practical next steps. No judgment—just support.
