with Emotionally Focused Therapy.

If you're dealing with the pain of a breakup, unhealthy relationship patterns, or the emotional aftermath of a divorce, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) can provide clarity, healing, and personal empowerment. Whether you're struggling in a current relationship or preparing to enter a new one, EFT helps you uncover what's happening inside—enabling you to make informed choices, communicate clearly, and rebuild trust and connection within yourself and with others.

Untangle the Emotional Mess Inside

After a breakup, divorce, or when you're having any ongoing relationship struggles, it’s easy to feel stuck in emotional chaos, constantly questioning, "What went wrong? Why do I keep repeating these patterns?" Maybe you choose emotionally unavailable partners or find yourself stuck in the same unresolved arguments with your partner.

This is where individual therapy can help. We’ll explore the emotional triggers behind your choices and patterns. If you fear vulnerability and distance yourself from intimacy, we’ll work through the core beliefs keeping you from true connection. If you settle for partners who don’t value you or show up emotionally, we’ll uncover the hidden fears or past wounds that have led you to accept less than you deserve.

Master Communication and Send a Clear Signal

If you’ve felt misunderstood or emotionally distant in relationships, I'll helps you learn to communicate from your heart, with  vulnerability and clarity. It’s not just about words—it’s about sending the right emotional signal so your partner can truly hear you. If your partner isn’t responding the way you need, EFT will help you express your needs, fears, and desires in a way that fosters connection and teamwork.

Build Emotional Understanding and Self-Knowledge

Therapy will be all about understanding you—unlocking the hidden emotions, triggers, and needs that drive your relationship patterns. Imagine peeling back the layers of your past, revealing the reasons behind your fears, insecurities, and self-sabotaging behaviors. Through EFT, you’ll gain profound insight into your attachment style and emotional landscape, learning why you react the way you do and what’s holding you back from the relationships you truly want.

If you struggle with feelings of inadequacy or a constant fear of rejection, EFT will help you uncover the roots of these emotions—whether it’s past wounds, childhood experiences, or old betrayals that still have a grip on you. We’ll dive deep, heal those scars, and empower you to build unshakable emotional strength.

Whether you’ve found yourself pushing people away when they get too close or staying in unhealthy relationships that drain you, EFT helps you break free from those old cycles.

Heal from the Past and Prepare for the Future

If you're feeling stuck in your relationship patterns—whether you're single, recently out of a relationship, or navigating a tough one—I'm here to help you make sense of it all. Together, we'll dig into why you keep falling for the wrong people, like that magnetic pull toward emotionally unavailable partners who keep you at arm’s length. What is that about?  We'll work together to identify what is driving that need without you even realizing it. If you're stuck in endless cycles of conflict—where one of you shuts down and the other explodes with no resolution—I’ll guide you in uncovering the emotions driving these reactions.

What You Can Expect

Through powerful, emotionally-focused exercises, you'll learn to understand your emotions, triggers, and attachment style—building a solid foundation of self-awareness. As you grow in confidence, you'll stop selling yourself short, learn how to communicate your needs more clearly, and set boundaries that protect your emotional well-being. With this newfound self-assurance, you'll break free from destructive patterns and unhealthy dynamics, whether it's choosing partners who don’t meet your needs or staying in relationships that drain you. You’ll walk away from the past, creating a future where you make empowered choices and attract the love you truly deserve.

EFT is not just about fixing a relationship—it’s about fixing you from the inside out. Together, we’ll create a future where you feel empowered, emotionally understood, and ready for healthier, more fulfilling connections.

Stop waiting for the perfect partner—start becoming the unstoppable, confident force that turns

your relationship future into a masterpiece.

Rather than waiting for change, you can begin your own transformation and gain clarity in your relationship journey through individual therapy, all from the comfort of your home in Boston and throughout Massachusetts.
